Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at belleplussg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange request.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your parcel.

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at belleplussg@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, together with clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.

Size Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size changes only, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or provide store credit at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred for size exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item).

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Colour variations due to screen or monitor settings
  • Minor measurement differences within reasonable manufacturing tolerance

Refunds will only be considered if an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was sent and a suitable replacement is unavailable.
